Project Structure:
The paper will follow this structure:
•Abstract: A 200-word summary of the paper’s objectives and main findings.
• Introduction: A clear explanation of the project, research question, and how it ties into my business project.
• Literature Review: A review of academic and grey literature relevant to the topic. This will be the first section we focus on.
• Methodology (Optional): Depending on the research design, it may include sample selection, data collection methods, and analysis techniques.
• Analysis: Detailed analysis of the findings, with tables, charts, and graphs to support the data.
• Conclusions: Summary of the findings and clear managerial recommendations.
• References: Use APA or Chicago style for citations.
• Appendix: Include supporting materials if needed.
Step 1: Literature Review (To be done by Wednesday, October 16, 2026 at 6:00 pm CEST)
Objective: I need a short review of the main literature and theoretical framework relevant to the hospitality industry, specifically in the context of family-owned properties in Italy. You will be provided with key texts (listed below), and your task is to independently identify theories and models from these sources that can be applied to our project.
You are encouraged to find additional academic or grey literature as needed, but at least one of the provided texts must be referenced—ideally, two, and using all three would be even better.

• Approximately 1,000-1,500 words, cited using APA or Chicago style.
