Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a knack for organisation, a great phone manner, and a passion for customer service? Australian Venue Co. is on the hunt for a Reservation Agent to join our Melbourne-based team!

With a portfolio of 200+ iconic pubs, bars, and venues across Australia & New Zealand, we’re all about delivering memorable moments – and that starts with a seamless reservation experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing incoming booking enquiries via phone, email & online platforms

Coordinating reservations for group bookings, functions & events

Assisting guests with tailored experiences across our venues

Collaborating with venue teams to ensure accurate and timely bookings

Delivering exceptional customer service that sets the tone for their visit

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in hospitality or reservations (ideal but not essential)

A friendly, confident phone manner and clear communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
