Job Description
We are seeking a reservation executive to join our team at Koko Maya by Stonewood at Morjim Goa. The reservation executive will be responsible for handling reservation and inquiries from guest. Candidate should have strong communication skills .
Responsibilities :
Respond to inquiries from guest via phone, email
communicate with guest to understand their requirements , preferences.
Handle bookings, cancellations and changes to reservation in an accurate and timely manner
Minimum 1yr of experience in handling reservation in hospitality sector.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
