RESERVATION EXECUTIVE
EDUCATION- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a bachelor's degree).
• Previous experience in reservation or customer service roles is beneficial
EXPERIENCE- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 2-3 YEARS
JOB LOCATION - NASHIK
SKILLS SET
Reservation Management:Receive and process reservations via phone, email, online booking systems, or in person.
Ensure all reservation information is accurate and complete, including guest details, special requests, and payment information.
Maintain an up-to-date and organized reservation system or software.
Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service to guests by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting with reservation modifications or cancellations.
Handle guest requests and special arrangements professionally and courteously.
Occupancy and Revenue Optimization:Monitor room or table availability and work closely with the sales and front office teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Suggest upsell opportunities and promote packages or special offers to increase bookings.
Communication and Coordination:Collaborate with other departments, such as front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Communicate and coordinate special requests or requirements with relevant teams.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of reservations, including booking confirmations, payment receipts, and guest profiles.
