We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reservation Head to lead the reservations department of our travel and tourism company in Edappal, Kerala. The ideal candidate will oversee daily reservation operations, manage the team, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through effective coordination and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the reservations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle domestic and international flight, hotel, holiday package, and visa bookings.
Monitor booking accuracy, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds.
Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and vendors.
Ensure competitive pricing and maximize profit margins on bookings.
Resolve customer escalations and provide prompt solutions.
Train, guide, and evaluate team performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
