The Role
As a Reservations Agent, you will provide wonderful hospitality to our guests while mastering the craft of hosting! This role requires you:
To have a complete knowledge of the hotel products and services, including room types, relative features, food & beverage outlets, guest facilities, and any hotel promotions.
Be aware of the hotel’s selling strategy, rates and booking status.
Effectively organise the workflow in the Reservations office.
Analyse and update all guest requests that are tailored to their requirements
Responsible for handling all hotel outlet reservations or guest orders
Assist and coordinate guest bookings, engaging with them and exceeding their expectations
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
Collaborate with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team
The Skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills
Experience in reservations or similar role
Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
Passion for providing friendly personalised customer service
Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
Experience in a premium hotel environment or premium service role advantageous
