Talent Profile
What we are looking for
Handling and processing reservations and inquiries from all booking channels with a focus on online travel agents.
Carry out pre-arrival checks to ensure guest history is linked and relevant booking information is updated and remove irrelevant information from bookings.
Ensure all reservations have an acceptable method of payment and that it is noted in the booking.
Articulate occupancy levels, rates, and assist in managing the hotel's inventory.
Work with the Reservations Manager to ensure reservations align with current rates and optimize average rate and yield.
Manage guest profiles and maintain CRM processes to enhance guest experiences.
