Job Description
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role working 11:00am – 7:00pm, focused on providing professional, accurate and guest-centric reservation support. Key responsibilities
Managing individual and group reservations via phone and email with warmth, clarity and professionalism
Coordinating group bookings, including rooming lists, amendments and special requests
Supporting the Front Office team with reservations, changes and guest enquiries
Maintaining accurate guest and booking information using Opera Cloud
Delivering service in line with our standards, creating meaningful guest connections
Working collaboratively with Front Office and wider Hotel and Club teams to support seamless operations
About you
Previous hotel experience (reservations or front office preferred)
Proven experience using Opera Cloud
Excellent phone and email etiquette with strong written and verbal communication skills
A true team player who embodies the genuine hospitality mindset
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly when managing group reservations
Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys delivering memorable guest experiences
