We are looking to hire for the position of Retail Reservations Agent to join the Team at our Delta, BC Location. This is a Seasonal, Full-Time position.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Quote and invoice rental reservations
Communicate with customers and process retail reservations via email, phone and LiveChat
Provide advice to select suitable vehicle types to customers
Demo rental vehicles to walk-in customers
Process customer payments
Perform a variety of administrative duties, and other tasks as they arise
Requirements:
To be successful in the job role, you must:
Be a person of integrity and always make a positive contribution within the work environment
Be reliable, punctual and hard-working
Have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Be fluent in English (additional languages including German, Dutch is considered an asset)
Have a friendly outgoing personality and love working with an international clientele
Be confident working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple ongoing assignments simultaneously

Able to work weekends, compensated by days off during the week
Compensation ranges between $1+ and $21 per hour, based on customer service experience.
