Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent at Expand Hotels located in Jaipur. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling phone etiquette, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, and performing receptionist duties.
Qualifications
• Good communication skills with Hindi & English both (read, write, and verbal)
• Ability to understand basic mathematical calculations (commercial calculations)
• Convincing skills
• Well-versed in computer operations and internet browsing
• Problem-solving approach
