Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Kochi. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling communication with guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales for the resort.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Reservations and Sales
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience with IDS PMS is a must; knowledge of Staah and OTA platforms is mandatory.
• Pre-opening experience will be considered an advantage.
