As a Reservations Manager, you’ll lead a vital function of our hotel and play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences.
Position Summary:
Lead and inspire the Reservations team to deliver exceptional service and maximize guest satisfaction
Manage the reservations process with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring alignment with hotel strategy and inventory controls
Collaborate with key departments including Sales, Marketing, and Front Office to ensure seamless guest journeys
Drive performance through coaching, development, and on-the-job training for your team
Support group business through allocation management and communication with stakeholders
Monitor team performance and service standards, ensuring all calls and correspondence are handled professionally and in line with Marriott brand expectations
Assist with forecasting, reporting, and occupancy planning to support hotel revenue goals
Promote a culture of care, compliance, and accountability by upholding all Marriott policies including Workplace Health & Safety, Environmental Responsibility, and Business Ethics
Actively contribute to process improvements and share insights to enhance efficiency and service delivery
About You:
Experience in a leadership or reservations-based role within hospitality
Strong knowledge of hotel systems (MARSHA, Opera, or similar) and inventory management
Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
A proactive mindset and commitment to service excellence
