Hunter St. Hospitality is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead our central Reservations team on a full time basis.

About The Role
As Reservations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Reservations Department, driving seamless processes and exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the reservations team to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency
Oversee reservation systems (SevenRooms) and processes across all 40+ venues to maximise booking potential and guest satisfaction
Partner closely with venue teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end guest experience
Analyse reservation data and trends to optimise seating, capacity, and revenue opportunities
Maintain high standards of communication and problem resolution with both guests and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 year experience in a Reservations leadership role within Hospitality.
Strong proficiency in SevenRooms
Proven leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple venues simultaneously
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
