Job Description
The ideal candidate we are looking for is an individual who has the capacity to:
Provide professional, friendly support and go the extra mile for guests and clients.
Manage bookings accurately, maximize occupancy, and resolve inquiries confidently.
Upsell rooms and services while promoting loyalty programs and brand standards.
Communicate guest needs effectively, maintain attention to detail, and use Opera PMS.
Qualifications
1–2 years experience in hotel reservations (Opera/Opera Cloud preferred).
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and computer proficiency.
Ability to work independently and in a team, staying calm under pressure.
Passion for customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
