Visualizing, planning and achieving improvement in team productivity
Coach and help team members whenever required
Maintain healthy group dynamics
Should be flexible to work as per Process/Team Requirements
Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary
Should be Familiarize with customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance

Communication Specialist cum Process Trainer

to lead the transformation of our guest interaction standards and operational excellence. This is a dual-impact role: you will build high-level communication capabilities while ensuring strict adherence to Reservation SOPs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between "what we do" (Process) and "how we say it" (Communication) to ensure a seamless, premium guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication & Soft Skills ExcellenceBehavioral Training: Deliver high-impact sessions on verbal communication, tone, articulation, and empathy.
Guest Etiquette: Standardize professional etiquette and "Brand Language" across all guest touchpoints.Frontline Readiness: Prepare teams to handle high-pressure guest interactions with poise and hospitality-driven service behavior.
2. Process & SOP MasteryStandardization: Train new and tenured staff on Reservations SOPs, escalation protocols, and workflow adherence to eliminate service variability.Compliance: Conduct regular refresher training and compliance checks to ensure all teams are aligned with the latest service guidelines.
3. Content Design & FrameworksCurriculum Development: Design and update training modules, assessments, e-learning content, and behavioral "playbooks."Upskilling: Create competency frameworks to track the growth and development of team members.
4. Quality Coaching & ReportingGap Analysis: Use audits and feedback loops to identify specific performance or knowledge gaps.KPI Tracking: Monitor training effectiveness through data-driven scorecards and provide actionable insights to management regarding service readiness.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in
Hospitality Training, Guest Experience Coaching, or Communication Training.
Background: Deep understanding of the hospitality sector, specifically in Reservations or Front Office operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (Preferred).Core Competencies
Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication in both English and Hindi.Instructional Skill: Ability to teach complex SOPs with clarity and coach diverse teams with high energy and empathy.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with audits, assessments, and performance metrics (KPIs).
Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Mumbai properties as required by the business.Preferred Attributes
Professional certifications in Behavioral Coaching, Communication Excellence, or Train-the-Trainer (TTT).
