Role Overview
UniLiv is hiring a Resident Captain (RC) for its Bangalore property to lead front-facing hospitality operations and ensure a consistently high-quality resident experience.
This is a high-ownership, on-ground role requiring strong communication skills, hospitality discipline, and prior experience in hotel or serviced living environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead front desk and resident-facing operations with a service-first approach
• Manage check-in/check-out processes, registrations, and documentation
• Act as the primary point of contact for resident queries, complaints, and escalations
• Coordinate daily operations with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
• Ensure strict adherence to UniLiv SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety protocols
• Maintain shift handovers, operational logs, incident reports, and basic MIS
• Support billing, invoicing, and cash/card handling where applicable
• Handle emergency situations and on-ground escalations as per defined processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience in hospitality / hotel front office / serviced residences
• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Kannada preferred)
• Pleasing personality with strong customer service orientation
• Professional grooming, calm demeanor, and ownership mindset
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and execution capabilities
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with PMS / booking systems is an added advantage
Preferred Profile
• Candidates currently based in Bangalore
• Prior experience working in Bangalore hotel, co-living, hostel, or serviced apartment environments
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations with composure and efficiency
Compensation
₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
