CONSTANT is partnering with a leading Student Accommodation provider to deliver a modern approach to safety, one that’s centred on student welfare, wellbeing, and community.
You’ll use your unique experience and skills in safety, welfare and security, but you’ll also build genuine relationships and make a difference in the lives of students from around the world, integrating yourself to be part of a close-knit community.
Full time hours available, predominantly evenings and nights, with a variety of locations available.
Rotating roster available on Monday to Sunday across:
Shift 1: 4:30 pm – 23:30 pm
Shift 2: 23:30 pm – 06:30 pm
Shift 3: 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Shifts will be evenings/nights Monday to Sunday and will be discussed in more detail at phone screening stage of our recruitment process.

What You'll be Doing
Build positive rapport with students through approachable, friendly engagement
Provide after-hours wellbeing support and respond to student concerns
Conduct presence-based walkthroughs (welfare and safety)
Assist with lockouts, general enquiries, and amenity access
Coordinate with on-call security or emergency services when required
Maintain accurate incident logs and reporting documentation
Support community-building and residential engagement initiatives
Liaise with university staff and residential life teams
Complete light administrative and concierge-style tasks
Collaborate with management, emergency services, and broader security teams

Who We’re Looking For
Professionals seeking to transition into a more community-oriented, student-focused environment.
It will beneficial if you have previously worked in allied health, education, youth work, hospitality, customer service, community services, multicultural support, or student support backgrounds.
Key Requirements
Current Victorian Security Licence (or equivalent interstate licence) or willingness to obtain
Nationally accredited First Aid & CPR certificates
Responsible Service of ******* (RSA)
Working With Children Check
Willingness to complete Trauma-Informed Care training and Mental Health Support training
