Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years experience in large scale residential projects and private villas, with a strong understanding of building design and construction principles.
The successful candidate will possess technical knowledge of building design and construction, including the ability to create detailed working drawings and coordinate with consultants and clients.
They will also be skilled in AutoCAD and proficient in REVIT & Sketchup, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A key aspect of this role is being able to provide inputs and make decisions on Structural & MEP design, while also possessing the ability to visit sites both locally and internationally.
This job is based at Lower Parel, Mumbai, and we require the successful candidate to start immediately.
