Architectural Leadership Opportunity

As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading our architectural team and contributing to the success of our residential projects. We require an individual with extensive experience in large scale residential projects & private villas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Technical knowledge of building design and construction

2. Knowledge of fitting layouts for residential apartments

3. Understanding of municipal regulations

4. Conducting site visits to ensure project progress

5. Creating detailed working drawings

6. Collaborating with consultants and clients

7. Leading meetings with clients and consultants

8. Providing input and making decisions on Structural & MEP design

+. Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Sketchup

10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

11. Ability to lead a team of senior and junior architects and draughtsmen

12. Willingness to visit sites both within and outside of Mumbai

13. Strong managerial skills to oversee a team

14. Based at Lower Parel, Mumbai
