College House is seeking responsible, mature, and community-minded individuals to join our 2026 Residential Assistant (RA) team. This is a unique live-in leadership role in a vibrant hall of residence, ideal for senior university students, postgraduates, or those with pastoral or mentoring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and pastoral care to 15+ undergraduate residents at UC

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive residential environment

Support students’ academic, social, and personal development

Uphold College House values and policies

Assist in wellbeing checks and university guidance

Respond to after-hours issues as part of a duty roster, along with recording and reporting.

Role model respectful, responsible behaviour
