We’re looking for an experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our aged care team and deliver exceptional outcomes for the local community. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape your team, influence performance, and make a genuine difference every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for local resident

Driving performance in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational goal
s
Overseeing care planning and clinical documentation to maintain compliance and accurac
y
Building, coaching and developing a high-performing tea
m
Creating a positive, supportive workplace culture that people want to be part o
f
Managing workforce and resources to ensure sustainable operation
s
Building strong, trusted relationships with residents, families and the wider local communit
y
To Be Successful You Will Have
Proven leadership experience (4–5+ years) within aged care
Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)
Strong commercial and financial management capability
Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams
Solid understanding of AN-ACC, aged care legislation and accreditation
Confidence using clinical systems and technology
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead change
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for aged care
