Smith Agency Inc., a private nonprofit serving children and adults with developmental disabilities, is hiring compassionate Residential Caregivers for our Aurora homes.

What You’ll Do
Provide direct care in a structured, home-like setting
Support daily living activities and routines
Assist with behavior management
Create a safe, respectful, and consistent environment
We operate:
2 Residential Child Care Facilities
8 Adult PCA Group Homes
What You Need
2 year caregiver or human services experience (written reference required)
Experience working with developmentally delayed individuals
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Pass FBI background check & drug screen
Flexible availability (evenings/weekends may be required)
Caregivers should respond to Indeed or apply in person M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 14364 E. Evans Ave. Aurora, CO 80014.
