Residential Conveyancer (1-5 years PQE or equivalent)
£35,000 - £45,000 FTE
Oculus are currently working with a very well respected legal practice, based in the North West of England. They have a very forward thinking team and pride themselves on their personal, no nonsense approach, in addition to having a reputation for investing in their own staff.
Required experience in a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters, including but not limited to:
• Freehold/Leasehold sales
• Freehold/Leasehold purchase
• Remortgages
• Transfer of equity
