Servicing Guests at Their Finest
We are seeking a diligent Casual Public Area Attendant to join our team, providing an exceptional level of service to our guests. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Housekeeping Manager but support the whole Housekeeping Team and wider Resort Operation.
Your Key Responsibilities
Ensure all assigned areas are kept thoroughly clean and meet brand standards.
Adhere to Hotel Handbook guidelines for presentation, grooming, and punctuality.
Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships with immediate team members and wider hotel team.
Communicate to supervisor any difficulties with service, guest comments, and other relevant information; follow complaint handling procedures for prompt resolution of challenges.
Provide a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, following hotel standards of performance.
Perform other duties as required by the Housekeeping Manager or designate, including allocation of room cleaning, priority cleaning, and assisting colleagues.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be physically mobile, able to carry, push, or lift heavy objects, and have good communication skills. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not essential. You will also need to be strong, healthy, and fit, with a passion for hospitality.s Group
