Cornerstone Commercial Services Ltd. is a growing construction company specializing in residential foundation work and form systems. We are building a strong, reliable crew and are looking for experienced footing installers who take pride in their work and consistently show up ready to perform.
Job Responsibilities
Read and interpret foundation blueprints
Accurately layout and pin job sites
Install residential footings according to specifications
Operate tools including:
Laser level
Nail gun
Circular saw
Hammer
Measure, cut, and assemble footing forms
Install and properly tie rebar
Ensure all work meets Alberta building codes and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements
Proven experience in residential footing installation
Strong understanding of foundation drawings and layouts
Experience using laser levels and layout tools
Knowledge of rebar placement and tying
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Assets (Preferred)
Experience with Duraform systems
Experience standing walls
Ability to lead or train crew members
Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment
