About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions or performance issues with heat pump systems. They will also perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems, interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, and educate clients on best practices for operating and maintaining their heat pump systems.
Key Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service and support;
Carrying out routine maintenance and repair tasks on heat pump systems;
Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues;
Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a National Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Level 4 or similar qualification. You should also hold a Full NZ Drivers license and possess reliable, well-presented, and good customer service skills. A keen eye for detail and ability to accurately diagnose problems and provide solutions are essential.
