Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs, including:
Drywall patching and painting
Replacing light fixtures and door hardware
Basic plumbing tasks like unclogging drains and changing faucets
Diagnose maintenance issues and determine next steps
Respond to service requests quickly and professionally
Support move-in and move-out inspections
Maintain tools and a clean, safe work area
Communicate effectively with residents and property management
Keep detailed maintenance records and reports
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Must Have a valid Driver's License required
2+ years of residential maintenance or similar experience
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC basics
Comfortable using hand tools and equipment
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
Work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Work Schedule:

On-site at residential properties in Anchorage
May require weekends or on-call availability for emergencies
