Position: Evening Security Guard - Residential Parking Lot
Schedule:
Saturday-Wednesday 6:00PM to 2:00AM (40hours/week)

Start Date:
We are hiring immediately! If you meet the qualifications and complete the interview process, you could start as early as this week. We have multiple locations and are actively recruiting several security guards over the next few weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to potential security breaches and alarms to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Safeguard property by controlling access and verifying the authorization of individuals entering the facility.
• Conduct patrols and inspections to maintain order and ensure there is no damage or unauthorized activity on the property.
• Monitor security equipment and perform regular patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Complete daily reports documenting any irregularities or incidents to maintain clear records of all on-site activities.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills and common sense.
• Active California Guard Card is required.
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.
