The role:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Partner to join a prominent Top 50 law firm and play a key role in the growth and expansion of their Bristol offering.
This firm boasts one of the most respected and extensive dedicated real estate teams in the country, comprising over 100 specialists. They are renowned for their expertise in handling high-value and complex residential real estate transactions, specialist investment financing, and leasehold enfranchisement.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Partner with a substantial client following and a strong market presence, ready to lead and grow the residential offering in Bristol. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and develop a team with the full support and resources of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• To actively develop the business through existing and new connections including the development and implementation of a Bristol business plan
• Have a strong focus on exceeding client expectations, proven evidence of anticipating client needs and resolving problems
• Able to motivate a team of lawyers and support staff and enhance their professional and technical development
• Attend networking and business development events with the opportunity to raise the profile of you and the team by speaking at events, webinars and podcasts
• Passionate, ambitious and energetic – looking to focus on rapid expansion within the local residential property market
