Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Sales Executive at Brickfolio. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as interacting with potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. The role is located in Pune, Maharashtra.
Qualifications
• Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property management
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in residential real estate sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
