Locations: Long Beach • Anaheim • Riverside
Schedule: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, NO ON-CALL
Earning Potential: $90,000 – $250,000+ annually (hourly + bonuses + commissions)

What You’ll Do
Provide residential and light commercial plumbing service and repair
Diagnose plumbing issues and deliver solutions with professionalism
Perform water, gas, and drainage repairs in compliance with code
Use hand tools, power tools, and drain cleaning equipment
Complete detailed job notes, estimates, and invoicing in ServiceTitan
Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and field supervisors
Maintain a clean service vehicle and readiness of equipment
Ensure safe work practices on every job site
What You’ll BringMust-Have Qualifications
Proven residential or light commercial plumbing experience
Strong understanding of water, gas, and drainage systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and drain equipment
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
Licensed plumber or journeyman-level experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with ServiceTitan
Camera inspection or hydrojetting experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Education / Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Licensed plumber or journeyman-level experience required
OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training preferred

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Start between 7:00–8:00 AM, review schedule in ServiceTitan
Travel locally to customer sites in company vehicle
Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems
Use drain cleaning equipment and specialty tools as needed
Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
Complete work orders, notes, and payments in ServiceTitan
Coordinate real-time with dispatch for updates or reschedules
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and equipment organization
Technology Requirements
ServiceTitan (dispatch, job tracking, invoicing)
Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
Smartphone/tablet proficiency
