Provide daily care with heart and skill
Deliver engaging, transformative programs
Foster connections to whānau and whakapapa
Be the positive role model our rangatahi need
Your Toolkit:
Youth work experience (2-3 years preferred)
Adaptability and resilience
Cultural responsiveness, especially Te Ao Māori
Valid full driver's license
Human services qualification (or willingness to study) e.g. Youth Work, Psychology or Social Work (desirable)

You will need resilience and a passion for working with youth, be flexible, have a positive attitude, and exhibit the ability to build strong professional relationships with young people, whanau/families, staff, and service providers.
