Your Role:

Provide daily care with heart and skill
Deliver engaging, transformative programs
Foster connections to whānau and whakapapa
Be the positive role model our rangatahi need


Your Toolkit:

Youth work experience (2-3 years preferred)
Adaptability and resilience
Cultural responsiveness, especially Te Ao Māori
Valid full driver's license
Human services qualification (or willingness to study) e.g. Youth Work, Psychology or Social Work (desirable)
