About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Resolutions Specialist you will be responsible for providing a service to key stakeholders in providing clear, concise and accurate information in the handling all member and third-party complaints. This role is crucial in assisting members in their time of need.
Day to day, you'll:
Investigate and resolve all member and third-party complaints.
Research and analyse legislation, fund rules and precedents to provide accurate, timely and quality work.
Keep up to date on developments in the superannuation industry and assess potential implications for Australian Retirement Trust.
Review on-going patterns and trends as opportunities to identify the possible causes of problems and issues and use this information to facilitate change and drive initiatives to improve processes, products and services with key stakeholders.
This role is available as both permanent and fixed-term opportunities.
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
You will have extensive experience working in and understanding the superannuation industry or similar environment.
You will be able to work successfully within a team in a high-volume customer service work environment.
You will have a strong knowledge and understanding, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the superannuation or related industries and legislation.
Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems and provide appropriate solutions that effectively address and balance both customer and business needs.
