• Job Summary:*

- *Site Analysis*: Conduct site analyses to determine the best design approaches, considering factors like climate, topography, and local regulations
- *Design Communication*: Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas through presentations, renderings, and models
- *Sustainability*: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices to minimize environmental impact and enhance guest experiences
- *Code Compliance*: Ensure designs meet local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Requirements:*
- *Education*: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- *Experience*: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on resort and hotel projects
- *Portfolio*: Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects, including designs, renderings, and photographs
- *Software Skills*: Proficiency in architectural design software, such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- *Communication*: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and teams
- *Sustainability*: Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices, such as LEED or WELL Building Standard
