This role involves overseeing three branded hotels, recruiting senior leadership, implementing luxury brand standards, managing budgets, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead pre-opening activities and operational strategy.
• Recruit and manage the senior executive team.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and brand standards.
• Ensure a seamless luxury guest experience across all properties.
• Manage multiple sites, including dining, spa, and recreational facilities.
