Job Description
1.Assist in Recruitment of resort staff in all departments and functions
2.Training & Grooming service staff + House Keeping Staff
3.Front office dept – checkin and checkout process
4.Customer Interactions and taking their feedback into consideration.
5.Generating Reports Financial, Operational, Guest satisfaction rating, etc
6.Evaluate operational and financial performance.
7.Purchases & Stock taking– F&B, Housekeeping, keeping costs in control
8.House-keeping dept - Daily checking resort, rooms for cleanliness, hygiene & order
9.F&B - Restaurant setup, food service, kot & billing, Inventory checking.
10.Handling inbound sales online calling, sales visits of guests. Convert leads to
bookings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Resort Operation: 2 years (Preferred)
• Inbound Sales Calling: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
