Job Description: Are you passionate about language and project coordination? We are looking for a Resource Coordinator to help drive the success of our localization projects! In this role, you will assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing linguists and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting and onboarding top-tier linguists and vendors for localization projects.
Maintain an up-to-date vendor database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support vendor evaluations with a focus on quality and performance.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure prompt project and service delivery.
Communicate project requirements clearly, setting expectations and providing guidance.
Tackle vendor-related issues efficiently, ensuring smooth project execution.
Monitor vendor compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Collect and analyze vendor feedback to enhance future collaboration and processes.
Collaborate with the procurement team on managing contracts and agreements.
Stay current with vendor management best practices by participating in relevant meetings.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in vendor management or localization is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidates located in Udaipur or nearby areas.
Must have a personal laptop (mandatory for this role).
Proficiency in writing professional emails.
