What You Will Do
Design with rigour Develop engaging, exam-style questions, lesson guides, and worksheets that are curriculum-aligned and challenge students.
Raise the bar Craft questions that promote higher-order thinking, application, and creativity.
Refine with data Analyse performance feedback to sharpen and improve resources.
Collaborate smartly Work with tutors, team leads, and subject heads to ensure alignment with teaching strategies.
Deliver on schedule Complete weekly tasks and maintain high-quality standards with proactive communication.
Quality Assurance Proofread, review, and validate content for accuracy, logic, and relevance.
What You Will Bring
Strong subject expertise and research skills to produce high-quality resources.
Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous work habits.
Experience in curriculum-aligned resource development (preferred but not essential).
Ability to collaborate effectively with tutors, academic teams, and leadership.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
Proactive mindset: identifies gaps in resources and proposes solutions.
Continuous improvement: incorporates feedback to enhance resource quality.
