Digital Content Writer & Social Media The Company
RESTACK is a prop-tech startup based out of Bangalore. Through our technology-based investing platform, we are democratizing access to Institutional grade real estate investments. The platform enables fractionalization of large real estate investments into smaller investment sizes, making them accessible to the retail investor and enabling portfolio diversification. Restack provides the retail investor with attractive risk-adjusted returns through a turnkey approach to property investing, which is backed by a fully digital investment process and active property management by our in-house team.
Each investment is sourced and screened by us and is secured by underlying real estate across office, warehousing, co-living, co-working and other emerging real estate asset classes..
About The Role
• As a member of our Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting, compelling and engaging content across all digital platforms, including social media, website, blog, and email campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing our social media presence and developing innovative strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a content strategy that speaks to the target audience, including creating content that is informative, engaging and inspiring.
• Write persuasive and relatable content/articles for social media, website, blog, and email campaigns that capture the attention of our target audience and drive engagement.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and many more.
• Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos that accompany social media and website content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation, social media, and digital marketing to continuously improve our strategy and brand recall.
Skills And Qualifications For The Role
• A creative storyteller with a passion for creating innovative and engaging content that communicates our view with the target audience.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital content creation and social media management.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong ability to write in a conversational and relatable tone.
• Familiarity with social media management and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva, etc.
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
