Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll lead from the front. Owning every aspect of the guest experience, setting the standard for excellence, and elevating service from great to unforgettable. You’ll be hands on, present during key service periods, and right there alongside your team ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You’ll also:
Build and lead a high performing team that thrives on collaboration, development, and positivity.
Create a strong service culture through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Manage day to day operations: from smart rostering to cost control, stock ordering and supplier relations..
Drive revenue with strong F&B knowledge, upselling strategies, and flawless execution.
Champion compliance and best practices in safety, licensing, and food hygiene.

A dynamic leader with prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or a seasoned Supervisor ready for the next step.
