Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Chef, located in Rishikesh. The Restaurant Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring excellent food service. Daily tasks include designing menus, managing kitchen staff, ordering ingredients, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The Chef will work closely with the restaurant staff to create and serve nutritious and delicious vegetarian meals to guests.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Knowledge of Hygiene practices and regulations
• Excellent Culinary Skills and creativity in menu design
• Experience in Food Service and customer interaction
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or education in culinary arts is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
