This role is perfect for experienced cooks who want to lead a team and drive culinary excellence in a fast-paced care home environment. As a Catering Team Leader, you will oversee the kitchen, manage staff, and ensure residents receive healthy and nutritious meals that exceed their expectations.
You should have a passion for food quality, safety, and presentation, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. To succeed in this role, you will need an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and a solid understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
