Description
Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize customer satisfaction.
Motivates and supports team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Support the maintenance of restaurants that are noticeably cleaner than others.
Provide coaching and feedback to the restaurant team.
Ensure that preventive maintenance for the restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with company standards.
Implement marketing strategies and follow cash-control/security procedures.
Managing inventory and labour and applying financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results.
Ensures compliance with government regulations, policies, employment laws, food safety, security, and operations.
Handles recruiting, selecting, hiring, and retaining effective team talent.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings, and training.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
2 years of college preferred.
1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
Complete all internal certification programs.
Able to travel to the USA
Demonstrates English language proficiency that enables speech expression clarity and proficient reading and verbal comprehension.
Demonstrates strong math and Windows-based computer literacy.
Demonstrates leadership and development skills.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
