Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Hostess, located in Udaipur. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires close coordination with the restaurant team to maintain high standards of service.
Qualifications
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills
Experience with Reservations management
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
