As a Restaurant Leader at Chick‑fil‑A, you play a key role in creating a remarkable experience for both guests and team members. Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality service
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and/or closing procedures
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met
• Support scheduling, shift management, and labor stewardship
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Assist with inventory management, waste control, and product quality
• Model Chick‑fil‑A’s hospitality standards
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve operational goals
• Uphold Chick‑fil‑A brand standards and restaurant policies
Qualifications
• Previous leadership or management experience required (restaurant experience strongly preferred)
• Availability across a wide range of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
