The Lex channels the verve and spirit of New York City, the birthplace of W Hotels. We have a reverence for fresh produce, natural cooking techniques and time-honoured traditions whilst adding our own playful twists to the classics. Our menu reflects a classic grill found in the distinct neighborhoods of the City that never sleeps but with a uniquely Brisbane flavor.
You will be a master of your craft whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and an uncompromising commitment to act with integrity at all times. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
You are the spark that makes things happen in the Restaurant and have fun with our Talent everyday
Lead by example to ensure the W Brisbane culture and brand is embraced and cascaded to all Talent
Be responsible for all Restaurant and In Room Dining Operations and Profitability
Have a proven track record of success in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
Focus on Talent development and internal promotions
Previous experience in a successful Restaurant
Excellent systems knowledge
Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other Talent
Respond to general enquiries, questions, and requests from Talent
Handle all sensitive issues with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality
