We are truly a diverse and complex operation and are now seeking an experienced individual in the role of Restaurant Manager.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
You will primarily be responsible for overseeing day to day operational restaurant cost & people related decisions across the restaurants on and around the main gaming floor such as Food Republic, Andy's Burgers & Fortuna. This position is best suited to someone who has worked across multiple sites or restaurants and can juggle the high volume of more than one restaurant under their watch.
Mōu | About You
We have a few requirements that do need to be met first though, so have a look at this list and see if you tick all the boxes:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in F&B essential with at least 2 years' experience at a management level
Experience in a similar volume environment would be advantageous
Experience supervising teams of 15 or more
Great communication skills with a commitment to providing superb customer service
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Host Responsibility
Current valid General Managers Certificate will also be essential to your success in this role
Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting cost control and P&L's
