Role Description
This will be a full time role for the position of Restaurant Manager for our upcoming Bar & Restaurant located in Andheri West, Mumbai near Yashraj Studios. The bar would have a capacity of 130 covers and would be spread across 4250 sqft. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling reservations, and maintaining quality standards in food and beverage service.
Qualifications
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality from a reputed institute would be a plus
• Experience of having managed a full scale bar in the past is a must
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Hiring and Staff Management
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational and Leadership skills
• A pleasant attitude with a willingness to improve and take contructive feedback
Package
Would be totally dependent on the experience and value add that a candidate brings with him/her. Expected CTC could be in the range of INR 10.8 Lac to 12.5 Lac annually (INR +0,000 to 105,000 payable monthly). We would however be totally open to discussing this in the interview
Joining Date
Tentative joining date would be September 20, 2026. We are targeting to start operations by the end of September
