Responsibilities

Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver premium service.

Financial & Inventory Control
• Monitor budgets, sales targets, and profitability.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Control food and beverage costs through efficient systems.
Brand & Marketing
• Collaborate on promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
• Uphold brand identity through visual presentation and service style.
• Engage with community and influencers to build restaurant reputation.
🧑💼 Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (Pan Asian or fine dining preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Pan Asian cuisines (Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial literacy with ability to manage budgets and analyze P&L.
• Familiarity with POS systems, reservations platforms, and digital ordering.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
